Sometimes there are minor errors on codes etc by buyer or transfer agent that lead to unnecessary delays in transfer process. But otherwise all is good.

Their website would not let me correct…

Their website would not let me correct the payment mailing address (kept getting an error message)....staff said that they had corrected it, when in fact, they had not. Other than that issue, everything was seamless, although payment has not been received (but I expect it soon)

nothing to blame about one of the biggest markeplace for domains at least here in Europe. However commissions in most of the cases are just outrageous considering 20%+taxes and eating a good slice of the profits.

We are a bid surprised to receive this feedback form you since you wrote us one email which was answered in a timley manner. Just like your feedback here.
You placed two very low offer bids on one domain and did not receive a reply from the owner because your offer was too low. Just because you placed an offer does not automatically mean you are getting the domain for that price.
We always encourage our sellers to respond to offers but we can't force them.
However we will reach out to the buyer to find out what his asking price is.
We understand the frustration an unanswered bid can cause but we are confident that our service did better then one star.

The transfer of sold domain was good, but poor support service caused me to lose money on the transfer

The transfer of sold domain was good, but the Help center did not work and I could not send a message. I needed an important information from support, but it kept reporting You cannot send request or sth similar. You should fix this so ppl can reach you with questions. I lost money because I was not able to reach you, I selected bank wire instead of PayPal and your intermediary bank took 25 euros for commission.

In regards to the fees: Sedo itself does not charge bank fees if something was charged we will refund our share.

now sedo is an extremely inefficient company

sedo user visit sedo's customer support , then click My Questions, show Unknown Error. The browser used unfortunately has limited functionality. Please click "Answers" or "Ask A Question"

and Changing computers and browsers still show the same error. and customer can't submit Question.

this bug I feedback sedo many times and time past 1 year, this bug still existence and cann't solve.
