Really pleasant experience in using this service! Used to transport speaker from Scotland. I would of cost me double and more in fuelto drive to Scotland. Makes sense to use a courier as they most likely doing a multiple drop off.

Prices are reasonable and the transaction are easy peasy!

worst experience ever.
i wanted to ship my car from Toronto to Vancouver and i contacted shiply 2 months prior to the shipment after few weeks i got an email from the provider that was assigned by shiply. i tried calling the provider so many times they never picked the call number was fake and shiply also told me not to pay anything in advance but the provider been asking to pay the half amount in advance and i asked shiply they said they cant do anything as i have to make arrangement's by myself with the provider and when its just 2 weeks left for the pickup i got email from shiply that those provider were fake as they got a lots of complaints from customers about them and they suspended them and told me to find another provider they wasted my 2 months.
and they should have checked everything with the provider before they register to shiply. i mean they don't even verify if the phone number is fake or not.when you email them all they will say that they don't transport themselves i mean this is not a excuse for anything .

i mean i also asked them to provide me any provider who is trustworthy all they said is that they cant guarantee for anything.

Customer service is appalling when I called to say the parcel that had been collected was never delivered ... I was told it’s not their responsibility it’s basically my problem. Even when I explained that when they accepted my deposit it meant that we entered into a contract they still said it’s nothing to do with them ..
Now the driver ignores my calls so I have no alternative but to go to the police and ask for help.

Difficult transaction made easy

We found the whole thing from the website to the delivery in London without stressand reasonable rates.We will certainly use them again.

£3500 mobility scooter stolen, Shiply refusing to help. Do not use this service if you actually want to receive your item!

My friends husband has recently become disabled and friends crowdfunded to help her buy a tramper mobility scooter for him. She used Shiply to have the scooter collected and it was promptly stolen by the courier! Shiply have not been helpful and are refusing to help or acknowledge they have a responsibility. Through social media we have found the thief and have pictures of him and the van but still no help! What has the world come to. APPALLING customer service, you should be ashamed. Like the lovely lady and her husband dont have enough to deal with. Sort it out Shiply, we are not going away!! She wants her £3500 back!

We are aware of the incident and have advised the customer to contact the police as theft of personal property is a matter for them to sort out and they are best equipped to resolve this issue.

First time I've used this service and it was great. Had to arrange a removal for elderly relative living 160 miles away at short notice. The service was very good and we were given quotes from various movers to select and it was up to us to choose who would do the job. It all went very smoothly and our removal company was great bearing in mind it was a second floor flat with no lift..
