Parts not sent and no communication from seller.

I ordered some parts from this website that didn't arrive. No confirmation of order email was received. I attempted to contact the seller by email and via their website form, but no response. I waited for 3 weeks for the parts, but nothing arrived. I had to claim a refund through PayPal in the end. Oddly PayPal refunded instantly, so I wonder if they are aware of a problem with this seller, as I'm sure they would usually give the seller chance to respond. This has wasted my time as I now need to source the parts elsewhere.
