Been looking for a cheap source of Kombucha. Their packs, shown as heavily discounted, were actually cheaper on Amazon.

No bargains here.

Great snacks and friendly, helpful staff

Always a Great range of new snacks to try & always very quick delivery.
Customer service is always very responsive & helpful if ever needed.

3 boxes of Barebells arrived with no flavour. Don't know how they managed to make that happen. It must have been how they were stored or maybe they were faulty from manufacturer. It is not the bars fault I have brought the same flavour before and it had flavour and also just in case I was going mad I bought it again from the supermarket and tasted perfect even though the use by was even earlier. No quality control?

When Snackfully is good it’s really good!! But when it’s bad it’s awful!!
I have purchased from Snackfully a few times now and delivery has been impressive. Most recently my previous order had been left in the communal stair but I noticed it and luckily no harm came to it. I should have reported it but just thought it was a mistake.
This time I placed my order to be delivered by DPD.
First message “ we attempted to deliver your parcel today and a picture of a house I’ve never seen before. I live in a flat.
Then I was told my order was lost and a new delivery was issued by Snackfully.
DPD again delivered or I should say just chucked my parcel through the door into the communal stair , said to be a safe place!
My husband happened to be coming back from our car port and asked the 2 DPD guys who they were delivering to? They answered 1/3 my husband told them that where they left the parcel was not 1/3 but a communal stair. They said we don’t need to deliver to the door just a safe place. They were dismissive. Anyway miraculously the picture they supplied Snackfully was a picture of someone else’s door. Any door will do it would seem.
Long story short I raised this with Snackfully they weren’t really interested. They simply asked did I get my order …yes….job done then.
They seemed not to care that my parcel was delivered to a communal stair where the door is not locked and my delivery could have been stolen. Then when approached by my husband it would appear the box moved from the hall to a random door in our block still exposed to theft. I just don’t get that Snackfully didnt seem to care that DPD didn’t deliver my goods to my door because I live 2 floors up and they just left my goods on the ground floor. My neighbour could be happily eating our sweets. So in conclusion I’m disappointed that Snackfully did not appear to be concerned that the delivery company that they contract with doesn’t care where they deliver your parcel just somewhere in your building is fine you can play hunt the parcel.So that’s why one star.

Bought 2 x gym lover packages, list of what you might get was np where close to what I recieved, I recieved 10 of the small cheese snack and some curator puffs and 2 x biltong which wasn't even listed and i don't even like it and wouldn't have ordered had I known that this may be included. Definately not worth it, I may aswell of just bought a block of cheese.

Order delivered very promptly only problem extra item costing 16.99 added to order definitely not by me when I contacted Snackfully was told this was my fault and that I would have to arrange and pay for return so be careful of adding unwanted items to your basket

I have ordered the vegan chips and I am very much satisfied with the price , quantity and timings of delivery of my order.

I shall definitely come back to them for my future orders

I've been ordering from here every month for probably over a year. I order huel rtd in bulk for the month. The customer service is top quality. Always very friendly and they go above and beyond. Highly recommend to anyone.

I used Snackfully to send a vegan treat box to a friend who was recovering from an operation. The box was great value and delivery really fast.
I contacted the company to ask for a note to be added and Claire quickly replied to my email and sorted this for me.
Would definitely recommend!

Resolving to shop more ethically, I was looking for a supplier of Karma Cola. I chose Snackfully because they ship via DPD. Trustworthy shipping is increasingly important to customers, as the you-know-whos of the courier world compete for incompetence. Credit to Snackfully for knowing this.

Fantastic company, really pleased with my first order from them, the food has all been of a great quality and any concerns have been addressed quickly via email by Claire.
The website has a great selection of healthy snack and meal options, meal replacements, vitamins etc, the delivery was quick and tracked via DPD. All in all I'm really pleased and will be using them again.

On the website it looks like the mixed snack boxes are in a neat, tidy presentation box but they actually just arrive in the external packaging used for postage. So when they arrive the boxes are beaten up, dirty and with labels on, as things tend to be once they've been through the post. I have no reason to believe that the actual snacks aren't as represented so if you're buying for yourself and you just want to eat the snacks then go for it. But if you're buying a box as a gift and care about it looking nice, go somewhere else, it won't look as good as it does on the website.

I'm so happy that I stumbled upon Snackfully when searching for a new provider for office snacks. Snackfully are stocking the best B Corp and sustainability-focused brands at great prices; plus, they are the perfect bulk size - not too big or too small in quantity. I can't wait to rack up more points to spend on new and different snacks for my colleagues! :)

Highly recommended store. Had some problems with a stolen delivery and they sorted it really fast and dealt directly with DPD to come up with a resolution. Will definitely be ordering again. Excellent customer service all round.

my orders have always been fulfilled by snackfully quickly and efficiently. the delivery service is also spot on and reliable. 4 stars only because quite often my favorites are either low in stock or out of stock, which can be quite frustrating
