I find your previous comment incredibly arrogant. My name is Patrick Brown and you supplied me a pair of Salomen S Pro Alpha. Initially the boots fitted correctly. After sitting on a terrace in the sun eaiting lunch in the 3 vallies the boot changed shape and compressed my right toe. I brought the boot back to you and you modified it and I felt no compression. Then after sitting
Out eating lunch again the boot changeg shape and compressed my toe again.
Forget your biometrics and boot measuring. You either supplied a boot so tight that it didn't allow for temperature fluctuations or the boot can't cope with being sat out in the alps sun for an hour without reshaping itself.

Super attentive, suggested we rent boots rather than selling us a pair for an impending trip as more suitable shells would be available on our return. Zero hard sell, thinking of the better long term interest of their clients.

Turn's out my unusual sized feet meant a more specialist approach was needed (might explain my issues historically!). I decided to go to Solutions 4 Feet for my boot fitting based on the reviews I've seen and they didn't disappoint. I have large lower legs and struggle to find well-fitting, comfortable boots. Colin assessed my feet and legs and explained why my new boots are the best option for me. He also helped me understand my specific issues, giving me exercises that combined with my new boots, will improve my skiing experience. They are already the most comfortable ski boots I have worn in my life and I am excited to try them out as soon as there is enough snow!

Booked fitting with Luke. Tried to convince me to go for smaller size boot, yes it might enhance skiing but at what comfort. Quoted just short of £800 for a boot fitting that even he said would only last 2 seasons. I walked away. Refused to sell larger boot and told me to go to Snow & rock....what arrogance

Bought a new pair of ski boots from them and had them fitted by Keith.
The fitting seemed to be very thorough and he even gave me advice on exercises I can try to release tight calf muscles which could help with skiing.
Not skiing until Christmas so can not say if the boots are a perfect fit yet but after all the consultation, checks and fitting that Keith did with me I have no reason to think that they won't be, and if there is any issue they will adjust them for free for the next 2 yrs .

Abyssmal. They sold me boots that were too small and refused to buy them back. The staff are unbelievably arrogant, they are always right. It resulted in the most painful awful skiing holiday and they still believe that they are right. Totally self righteous.

Got my ski boots fitted here about 3-4 years ago, very thorough process which is reassuring when you are spending around £400 on some boots! Needless to say the boots are still comfortable that were fitted and I will return in a year or so time when I update them.
