I had an old version Data Recovery…
I had an old version Data Recovery which found the files I needed to recover but after recovery completed the files would not open. I asked Manish I wasn't confident the version 11 would work and to spend $200 was an expensive experiment. Manish understood offered a solution to pay for support for 1 year at $50 and he would assist with an activation key for version 11. I appreciated the offer and decided to try it. Unfortunately the files could not be open using the latest version but I am still happy with Manish's offer.

It took some effort for the rep to make an exception in my case, but after some dialogue, the rep was able to get to the point of initiating my refund, and for that I am grateful. I realized immediately after I made the purchase that it wasn't what I needed and it wasn't going to help me, so I cancelled the purchase minutes after.
