A human comes to the online chat almost immediately - no time spent with useless bots. Very quick identification of the issue and quick resolution. I've been using Strong VPN for approximately 14 years. I started with them when I was in Iraq and have stayed with Strong VPN due to their great VPN service and their customer service. When I experienced a situation(s) over the course of these 14 years I didn't know how to resolve I contacted customer service and everything was resolved very quickly and professionally. I'm able to select multiple locations to connect through with no observable delay in internet speeds. I use Strong VPN on all my computers and devices and will not go to anyone else.

Recently i had something strange that happen to me. Been at israel and been at USA. So i tlak about both of them because its similar event.
What happen
Been at israel i try to turn the VPN into a USA location, but the flag of Israel has Not changed (flag should change to USA one) i tried some other countries but flag stay Israel one.
The same happen to me at USA when tried to VPN of other countries flag stay USA.
i hope i explained the issue as simople as i could.

do nto use this company if your trying to have a denmark or swedish IP.!!m its a joke i have been trying to connect to a danish server for 30 minutes.
when i did connect NOT 1, TV company in denmark could i watch outside of denmark.
its beyond a useless vpn ( for me )
this is my experience, and how i found this company.

Good technical support from Ruth, Josh and Eugene... Changing server locations to maintain service from US based streaming providers is a bit complicated and requires some knowledge of routers; that process could be improved to make it a simple click function...
