Many surveys are going to error page and it doesn't even mark off as trying or finishing. I would estimate approx 5 surveys a day. This means I don't get the 1sb disqualification SB. Also due to this happening it is making it really hard to get daily goals. Thank you for asking and I hope you can fix this.

It’s easy to redeem just took me a long time to earn this time that’s why it wasn’t 5 it’s getting harder to earn them. Surveys are constantly an issue for not just me there are groups online where people complain all day about Swagbucks it’s sad but I love it’s an easy side hustle was it was as easy as when I started though and wish there was a way to speak with people over the phone sometimes when there is an issue, a quick phone call to solve the problem instead of having to wait through text or email would really just make the whole experience just even better

DON'T BOTHER! Went through a link on Money Savings Expert, made an account and verified email. Tried one survey and it was just endless accepting T&Cs from different surveyors, about 15mins later after inputting the same data (gender, age etc) I never even got to a survey! What a waste of time! Went back to my homepage and it said my account was deactivated?! What a load of nonsense..

Absolutely garbage site. They lure you in with promises that you can cash out to a gift card after you earn just $1 - $5 worth of points. But once you waste your time doing surveys (making money for them) and you have the required points, they literally hide the $1-$5 gift card rewards from you specifically. If you sign out, rewards page comes right up when you go to it. Sign in and you get a page telling you the rewards are currently unavailable. No explanation at all provided. Then I message support just to be told some crap about different tiers rewards being available at different times...OK but that's not at all what was agreed upon, you lied about how quickly I'd be able to redeem, and you wasted my time I spent making money for your garbage site.

Swagbucks has made it harder to earn points. I complete surveys and don't get the points. We now have to have 7 items on the daily list instead of 6. The daily discover doesn't award points.

SWAGBUCKS please don’t waste your time doing this. It all sounds good but I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a reply from customer support to a question about a game. They can not tell me if I am linked and refuse now to reply to me. You can spend weeks doing a game to then find out you are not linked and get nothing. They will not tell you if you are linked or not. This is a massive scam. Don’t waist your time they will not help you and you just get a generic email telling you they can not help. You get it back in seconds and it says they have looked into your issue and they can not help. They have not looked into anything in seconds. They never do DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE A SCAM

Absolutely shocking. You do a survey and it ends either half way through or doesn’t even open. Then says you are disqualified with 1SB.
You then claim something is wrong and explain. However you get an automated email to say you’ve been credited either 1SB for being disqualified or the full amount.
My issue is they’ve disqualified me for no reason.
Absolute con. They get your answers then disqualify you. Not happy!

They need to get rid of the spam in the Poll of the Day. Otherwise, it is a good site to earn free grocery money for my Walmart trips. The $5 Walmart gift card is a real deal with the discount I get for it.

I love that you can earn money and its better than some of the programs out there. But I always have a hard time qualifying for the Surveys it gets a little annoying. I dont want to have to buy something to get cash back all the time.

I love using swagbucks and it is really easy to build up sb, you can play games, do surveys or get cashback on shopping. They pay out in a couple of days (much quicker than other survey sites I have used) and you can get all sorts of payments from gift cards to PayPal.

I had some issues to redeem for a PayPal gift card. I had to try a few times but still didn't worked on my tablet, I switched to my phone and it did work on the second attempt. Still to many attempts to redeem a gift card. They really should fix those issues.
