Poor customer service
I was advised by my expat colleagues to avoid if possible Telia based on their poor experience.
However, I was forced to go with them based on where I live. At the Telia store I ordered a mobile subscription + a bredband subscription. Only the mobile went through, the other got lost. Went back again to the store, placed again an order for the internet. Waited, was in communication multiple times with both the store and the customer support (they don't talk to each other so you are being pinged ponged), regularized painfully with my personnummer when I received it. Yet today I log into my account and there is nothing! Nada! No service despite me receiving invoices!
The store will write a nice message asking the customer support to call you. You will receive a call, but they hang up as soon as it rings so you have to call back, wait 15 minutes in the queue, for a person to say she doesn't see any info the store has (again no communication between them).
So in summary, poor poor efficiency in the service area. I you need help, you very much are on your own. If I had a chance, I would change immediately.
