Always efficient. Only drawback is having to phone up to override the website which can’t accommodate a director who isn’t a shareholder. But the staff are very responsive and always helpful.

Tried registering with them, but my card was declined for an unknown reason, and I was presented with an error message, and to try another card, at which point I gave up.
Received nothing in the way of confirmation my registration was complete, but have been charged TWICE for both attempts I made with my card.
Tried contacting their support team via email but have been met with silence so far. Not impressed

Don't Read Emails Properly & RIP OFF
A Bunch of unorganised ido*ts. Don't pay for their rip off mailing services, they send to the wrong address. All the other services they offer you can do yourself. Don't be fooled by their inflated prices. Do it yourself cheaper. It's easier and quicker! RIP OFF - stay away from them.

I am using the formation company for number of years, and easy to use and straight forward, but need to improve their it system, because few times they said company was not available but was available in companies house.
Therefor overall i am happy with their service.

Always make mistakes in date of births…
Always make mistakes in date of births and citizenships. Then once you call their customer services, they claim that its not their fault.
Their fees is low and they are greedy for money. Be careful.
