Ticketmaster Refunds

Ticketmaster Refunds. I have been trying for dyas to access info about a rescheduled Come from Away performance. Cannot get anywhere near an answer or phone or email contact. Your reviewers say it is easy . how? Consumer affairs can't help. There is no Australian phone number. I just want to talk to someone. Does anyone know a number? I am in Newcastle and the local office is just an outlet.

Harry Potter

I booked tickets to see Harry Potter in Melbourne which was cancelled due to Covid. Although other dates were offered I had to request a refund due to extenuating circumstances. A refund was immediately approved! Ticketmaster was a pleasure to deal with.

Super quick customer service resolution!

My friend and I were due to watch Hamilton in Sydney on 24 June but because of the COVID restrictions, it was too risky for my friend to fly from Melbourne.

I contacted the customer service team and they made it so easy to reschedule the tickets. I was expecting to have to tell them which date we want to reschedule to, which seats we'd like and email back and forth that way.

Instead it was resolved really quick! They processed a refund for my original tickets and I just booked the tickets again.

So easy! They must have so many inquiries similar to mine and they handled it so quickly. Thank you!

Harry Potter and The Cursed Child had…

Harry Potter and The Cursed Child had to be rescheduled for the 3rd time. We were asked to nominate future dates for the performance. The date we were offered did not suit and we were able to request to change to a date that suited my son's interstate travel. Very happy with the outcome.

Cancellation of tickets

I had to cancel our long awaited Hamilton musical tickets as we are feeling a bit unwell and visited a concerned COVID area a week ago.
Paul processed my enquire within hours of logging and even processed my refund including the transaction fee and provided a weblink to rebook as well. Excellent service and was just seamless and effortless. Great process to not inconvenience customers. Well done. Vincent

Very grateful

I was unable to attend Hamilton this week due to the travel limitations imposed by Qld gvt. I submitted a form via the Ticketmaster website explaining the situation. Later that day I received a message saying that they were able to refund the cost of the tickets. I was very impressed with how quickly they responded to my query, and am grateful that they understood the precarious position I found myself in with sudden travel restrictions, providing the full refund.

Immediate and compassionate support

We, unfortunately, had to cancel our trip from SA to Sydney to attend Hamilton, because of the recent COVID outbreak in Sydney. The support we received from Ticketmaster was immediate and compassionate. It was good to know that our booking was being handled by such a professional company.

Covid reschedule honoured

Realised the Covid situation was worsening so requested to move my Hamilton tickets to another date. The hardest part was finding the right way to contact Ticketmaster (by email) but after I did so, service was prompt and they offered a full refund - including handling costs. I am very happy with their service.

Ticketmaster deserves ZERO stars

Ticketmaster deserves ZERO stars. You risk your money on every purchase! No phone contact possible. They ignore emails with a standard reply: “due to a high volume of enquiries....” but they can reply to you IMMEDIATELY after your ticketed event has been performed!
WORST company EVER! Such a shame they hold a monopoly.
Reviews of 5-stars can’t be real, as I’ve spoken to DOZENS of people and NOT ONE (not a single one) has ever had a positive thing to say about them. The odds just don’t stack up!

This was the first time I had actually…

This was the first time I had actually asked for a refund for any show but this time it was for the Bee Gees Show that was postponed till 2022. It took a long time and quite a few emails before things started happening and thanks to Jason - it finally did. So thank you for my refund - it was much appreciated - will re-book next year if the show happens again.
