I cannot access electronic tickets on my phone. I booked from a desktop and could not select the print at home option. When I contacted you my problem was solve quickly and efficiently. All tickets were printed and the problem was solved to my satisfaction. Thank you for your assistance.
I held onto my Harry Styles: Love on Tour tickets, followed the link on the TICKETEK website to receive a priority purchase window for new tickets. I did not receive any information regarding the rescheduled tour which was disappointing. When I tried to access the "Past Purchaser Presale" option on TICKETMASTER I kept getting placed in a queue with no option to select tickets and no option to put in a code or my details to demonstrate that I had held onto my previous tickets. Getting in contact with TICKETMASTR or LIVE NATION is impossible. This whole experience is extremely deflating and disappointing. A complete system failure.

I was having trouble getting my tickets through my ticketmaster app unfortunately I am Technology challenged. The email customer service was excellent and sorted by problem with speed and friendliness

I have tried to use a gift voucher on two separate occasions now and it won't apply at checkout. The card isn't expired and has balance remaining. I have contacted ticketmaster about applying the gift voucher retrospectively and have been waiting 10 days now to get the issue sorted. Why is it so hard just to apply a gift voucher at checkout?
The customer service I received was excellent and efficient. Due to COVID, I was unable to use my Easter show ticket and asked to change the date (thinking I wasn't able to get a refund). Instead, I was given a full refund. Really impressed, thank-you.

Somehow I booked the wrong date of Easter show. When I wrote email and received that auto-reply I didn't expect it can be solved so quickly. But I received the total refund email within 24 hours. It allows me to buy another ticket just in time. I am very happy with the outcome. I give it a 5-star.
A positive COVID test meant we could no longer attend our event. The guidance provided by Ticketmaster on how to seek help via the link to the tickets was very helpful. Within 24 hours of our request we were able to resolve the information required and were provided a full refund. Excellent service!
Customer support were very understanding and accomodating to our situation (we were close contacts and was unable to attend the Royal Easter Show for the date we've purchased for). We appreciate their prompt replies and refund solutions greatly.
