Worst company ever

Now the same gift was 30€ more expensive and I am supposed to pay extra for the same gift my girlfriend gave me.
I couldnt even redeem it.
Worst company ever. Imagine buying this as a gift just for the other person to find out they now need to pay extra and buy themself the gift, so dump.

How I lose 261 usd
This is so horrible that I have no words. I bought a hike to the Rinjani volcano in Indonesia. They took the full price of the hike and gave me a useless pdf in return, which didn't even have the operator's contact information. So you pay $260 and get nothing in return! I had to find the operator's contact information on the Internet myself. The operator confirmed to me that he doesn't work with Tinggly, has never been posted there and doesn't know anything about it. Of course, he didn't receive my money. In fact, I just transferred $261 to scammers instead of buying the hike directly from the operator. Now I have to pay again, since the tickets are bought and everything is planned. Of course, Tinggly support doesn't respond and the money can only be returned through the court. But it won't be easy.

Our customer support team has successfully booked your Rinjani hike and sent the tickets to your email, including all necessary details and the tour operator's direct contact information. Your Tinggly gift covered $81 of the total, and your additional payment was $180.09.
The confusion may have come from the fact that we work through a trusted global experience platform. That means while the operator may not know Tinggly by name, the booking is legitimate and was processed through our main provider's system.

Easy, Quick, and Fun Gift Ideas
This gift is so much fun, and it was super easy to get to my mom and dad. For Mother's Day, I got my mom the experience package for them to go on an adventure when they are travelling. For Father's Day, I got my dad a one-night stay at one of the 100 capitals for them to have a place to stay when they complete one of the experiences. They loved that they never expire and all of the different options they have to choose from. I will be using Tinggly for gifts moving forward.

I was incredibly stressed about not…
I was incredibly stressed about not being able to book transportation from the hotel we were staying to our experience since it was not an option of hotels when booking. Laura Rackmil and Elena were so wonderful in reaching back out and helping. Laura was incredibly patient she took care of calling the transportation provider and communicating with them and myself getting the answers we wanted. Laura ensured to guide and keep me informed every step of the way. Laura was able to accommodate our transportation from our hotel with just a few phone calls! We are so very thankful and look toward to enjoying our experience in July 2025 with no extra stress! This will be our first experience with Tinggly and so far off to a great start!

What an awesome idea
What am awesome idea. I was able to quickly and easily give a gift to a couple I always struggle to find the right gift for. This year they are in the middle of moving across country.
