I had a great experience with Tom top . They always got back to me right away . Shipping does take a little long but that has to expected with where it’s coming from and the process it goes through . I love the item I bought ! 5 stars all the way for customer support and product .
I ordered a multimeter from TomTop on the 16th of February 2020.
They told me it had been shipped to me on the 16th February 2020,and provided an order number and shipping number.
Yesterday more than three weeks later still no delivery from Tom Top. I contacted the shipping company and was told they didn't have any such order or number.
I contacted Tom Top by email yesterday and didn't even get an acknowledgment from them for my email.
It looks like Tom Top have my money, but I don't have my multimeter. I don't trust this company and advise others to ship elsewhere.
I would give it no stars if no stars were available to rate them.

I am a Korean studying in the US and tried to purchase KF94 masks which are approved and certified by Korean government.
My boyfriend is Chinese so we know that there are a lot of bad sellers in China who sell fake items so I requested them to brand name of product since they do not have any photos of packaged masks.
However, they told me that they cannot provide me the name of products which is really ridiculous and sounds untrustworthy.
So I asked them to cancel my order and they told me that my order is cancelled and cancellation confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours.
I did not get any emails so I contacted them again and they said that they forgot to send email and my order is cancelled.
So I told them I have seen some seller who did not cancel order and gave me refund so I need confirmation email as a proof.
And she said that she doesn't have authority and started to get mad at me by saying “order is cancelled!” (And yes, with exclamation marks)
so I told her how the heck a customer who does not have access to their system knows whether one’s order is cancelled or not.
And she just dismissed the chat while I was talking to her!!!! Which is super rude.
Their website says that the cancelled order will show up “cancelled”; however, my order is still “on hold” status which is not obviously cancelled.
I have bought lots of product from Chinese sellers but this is the rudest so far and I am very certain that the products they sell are faked and tried to scam consumers by selling fake products and not giving a refund.
Please do not use this website.
Also, please note that some Chinese sellers hire people to leave good reviews and comments for their shopping malls (obviously most of reviewers did not even buy products or sometimes seller give products to their friends and ask them to leave good reviews pretending they are the actual customers, one of my boyfriend’s friend even asked him a favor and of course, my boyfriend did not do it) I have seen several bad Chinese sellers doing it and my Chinese boyfriend also told me that it is pretty common.
