Great experience of buying laptop .

Great experience of buying laptop from tobes.be. I ordered online and picked up in 2 hours in the show room. Great machine+attractive price= full satisfaction. Keep going, guys.

Bad customer support.

Bad customer support.
The order came quite quickly and in good shape externally. however the product was defective, no problem there, that can happen it's not the shop's fault. So I contacted support directly who told me if I send the product on the same day they would ship a new one to me, so I did my part of the job, all good up to this point.
When Tones received my product I asked if all was ok for them to send me the new one as agreed over the phone. This is where the problem began, they answered me that first, the manufacturer needed to investigate, then repair or exchange (even though I told them exactly what the issue was and how to fix it in the first place with photographic evidence). 3 weeks later I receive an e-mail stating they would issue a refund to me. Still waiting for the refund 11days later as apparently they are issued once a week the week following the notice.
In the end though, a nice person which I didn't have contact with initially told me that given the delay for the refund, they could give me a replacement product instead.
The experience would probably have been different if this person was the one I had contact with in the first place, but it was too late at this point as I bought the same product at the same price in another shop.

Purchased two RTX3070 graphics cards…

Purchased two RTX3070 graphics cards for our family gaming systems. Shipped fast, and the price was considerably below those you could find on ebay. Unfortunately, the price was also well above the recommended and has increased even further since. But I guess this is the market nowadays…

Reliable shop, good phone support!

Overall the transaction was very smooth, reliable.

The only downside (for which 1 star is deducted) is that it was a purchase of a graphics card that showed "in stock" at the moment I paid, however immediately it turned to be a backorder for several weeks later.

It wasn't a big problem however, I was aware that it would be difficult to get a graphics card, especially at MSRP price, so when I found it I was prepared to wait for it.

Phone support was also very good!

Super great customer service

Excellent service. I purchased an MX Master 3 from them and with a lot of bad luck, the mouse stopped working because of a hardware failure not related to them. They offered me a refund. Great customer service. Will purchase here again.

Excellent service as always.
Ordered a new Ryzen 5600x on launch-day. Due to high demand I did not expect to receive it any time soon, let alone at msrp-price. Yet 14 days later it was up and running in my system. Happy camper here! :-)
Been ordering hardware for over 20 years from various shops. I must admit, Tones might not have the same extensive choice of products compared to the big international retailers, but they sure as hell make up for it with quality products, excellent service, and they know what they are talking about!
