Staff were most helpful on my initial phone enquiry for 100 Dublin pen and pencil sets and excellent thereafter. My order was ready and dispatched a day earlier than anticipated. I was very pleased with my purchase and with the engraving on my pen and pencil sets.
The items ordered were as described and of a very nice quality. However, the package arrived at the destination without a name, meaning it has taken 2 days to actually receive our order.
We usually don't have any problems which is why I was so suprised when this happened.

fantastic experience from the very first enquiry to delivery! Elizabeth Burrows who i dealt with was very efficient. the quality of the product i ordered was very good too and only took a few days for delivery even though we had the glass engraved.

Terrible from start to finish unfortunately. After having a client advise we should “try” them next time we needed merchandise I thought I would give it a go. I had to speak to the supervisor and change advisor and whilst the 2nd advisor was then fine for the order process and understood everything, the delivery date of the end of November then became “any time during that week” which when it was for advent calendars wasn’t the outcome I needed. Many phone calls, many promises and a lot of hard work for just 100 custom advent calendars! A disappointment.
