Never received the shirt i pad - rude and hostile "customer service"
I ordered a Lizarazu shirt with custom print. Which was invoiced 115.
I the mean time i found two other shirts i asked to have shipped with the first to avoid having to pay shipping 2 times.
I asked to pay with Paypal or similar service as i was not comfortable with bank transfer. Since this wasn't possible i asked to pay it in two different orders. I was asked to pay 150 euro (??), but paid the invoice of 115 euro for the first shirt.
The shop refused to send my shirt and threatened me instead with lega proceedings even though i already paid the first invoice. Since the two additional shirts i ordere were not customized, i referred to my right to cancel that order and since i already paid the customized shirt, i expected to receive that shirt.
Now the shop is holding back my money. I have received legal advise, and know that both german and european rules are on my side, as i have the right to cancel an order or return any item which is not customised. Now having to spend time notifying the police and verbrauchzentrale to get support.
I would recommend staying far away from this site!
