Great purchase experience - have reservations on product quality
I recently purchased an Ultimate Direction mountain belt 4 and was extremely pleased with the seamless transaction with UMRS, from the initial order through to delivery.
I have now used the belt on two training runs and like the design of the belt and the fact it doesn't bounce around with a full water bottle and other bits packed into the storage pocket. However after only 35km's of usage there are two holes developing in the mesh back panel behind the water bottle. I am obviously a little disappointed this is occurring, especially as Ultimate Direction make a big deal of the quality of their materials. My only hope is it doesn't get worse.
So, UMRS you get 5-stars for great service and Ultimate Direction 2-stars for dodgy quality!

Impressive service
Impressive service; first ever pair of Hoka shoes ordered early Tuesday morning, shipped later that same day and arrived on Thursday - they even shipped in a paper (not plastic) outer bag, so environmentally friendly too! First run in the new Hoka's was 10km on Friday evening and felt fantastic.

Great prices and the best customer services
Placed and order at 3:15 PM and chose Saturday delivery as it says on website order by 3 for next day, suzanne contacted me to confirm and I said I would have ordered for next day if I wasnt too late, suzanne changed it to next day delivery and waived the extra fee for me. Added to the fact the item I ordered was cheaper than anywhere else I saw it I will 100% use them again. 5 stars

One star, or five?
This shop gets five stars for its product range.. it sells a lot of good stuff at reasonable prices.
But it gets one star for customer service. I ordered a pair of waterproof overtrousers. The shop and the website told me size L was 35-38" waist, perfect so I ordered a pair. But when they arrived they were size L all right but they were 34-36" and too tight.
I had a week to sort it out before I set off on a trek but despite a number of emails I could NOT get them to understand the problem at all. They just said, oh, send them back .. at my expense, and no useful suggestions as to what they would do then. And no apology for their mistake. Their website said XL was 39-42" which would be far too big but they would not tell me what they actually had in stock.
I have written it off to experience but I have learnt a lesson, which is not to trust anything this shop says about sizing. Only buy from them if you have plenty of time to sort out problems. And be prepared for them to blame someone else, either you, or the manufacturer, or both. Poor.

Hi Jerry, thanks for your review. A size Large was ordered and we delivered the Large. Our size chart is the same as Ultimate Direction the manufacturer are using. We were advised they were too tight so we advised there were two options; return to us and exchange for the next size up, or instead have a refund. I wish you the very best of luck with your event. Sent me the wrong size socks initially, but when I pointed out their mistake (with a photo) they immediately sent the right pair by first class post, no argument. Can't complain at that.
