why they REALLY have negative trust…

why they REALLY have negative trust pilot reviews? pick ANY AMD product, compare it to another intel product, then go do the same on ANY other comparison site and notice how utterly biased their results are. their numbers are only accurate when comparing intel/nvidia with no AMD involved. consumers do actually give monkeys about lies.

Very biased site that can't be trusted

Very biased site that can't be trusted. This is apparent via the narratives on the site. Favor is nearly always given to Intel and Nvidia over AMD. This does not correlate with the majority of available benchmarks. The site has continuously received this criticism and has responded with a very defensive tone. Look elsewhere for honest benchmarks and reviews.

i personally love User Benchmark for…

i personally love User Benchmark for its generally sound comparisons however it is quite annoying that it shows the original price instead ofthe market value, and i wish the original description was amended for the current value (second hand)

Get over your grudge...

It's mid-2025, and CPUPro/GPUPro (the site's reviewer) still hates AMD...

Why bother reviewing if you're doing it through biased lenses every time? Why can't you admit when a product is good instead of slandering it? What do you get out of it? Do you invest in Intel stock? Do you want to see AMD fail despite their massive gains in market share and public perception that are well-deserved? Intel is great at making processors, fine. Nvidia makes good gaming GPUs, sure. That doesn't mean everything else is bad.

Great website

Great website, free product that allows you to compare and contrast brands and prices without any ulterior motives. Put together a great PC and I'm typing this review on it now!

Unprofessional, biased, and bitter

Wanted to see the spec differences between two Intel laptop CPUs from the same generation side-by-side, and ended up on this site. Between the core count and clockspeed they wedged some links to a FAQ about how everyone is being so unfair to them and how they've only got a poor reputation because they refuse to be bought... followed by article after article of blatant shilling for Intel while trashing every single AMD product. They directly attack other reviewers who disagree with them BY NAME. Many Intel and Nvidia products lack descriptions/summaries, but almost all AMD products have one that makes a ton of poorly backed accusations combined with some jab that if anyone says anything positive it can only be because they're an undercover marketing agent. At first glance this site looks like it offers useful information, but that only makes it worse that when you dig into it it's bad to the point of being a farce.

Horribly biased against AMD

Horribly biased against AMD graphics cards and cpus; saying that AMD is worse than the NVIDIA or Intel equivalent despite the fact that the AMD equivalent can be objectively better than the competitor's option.

good value. been using for a few years now

For the price, they cant be beat. I no of no other source to use for benchmarks and testing besides Passmark. Passmark seems a bit outdated since they show 4070 ti beating a 7900XTX, which does not hold up to real world data as found by Techpowerup.com benchmarks for real games. The only annoying thing about Userbenchmark is that it does not remember my login credentials so I need to relogin every time I open it. Also, cloud support is non-existent. Benchmarks are only saved locally for your account. Also no annoying ads anymore. Thank u!

Dont trust userbenchmark with any…

Dont trust userbenchmark with any benchmarks because they only promote nvidia and intel even tough its generally known now that amd cpus are alot better than intels in every category. And they always claim nvidias gpus are better price per performance even though its known AMD is alot better for price per performance compared to nvidia. They also say that the intel b580 is worse than the 4060 even if thats obviously untrue. Look at any benchmark and see that the b580 is better than the 4060. Userbenchmark is untrustworthy NEVER USE IT.

Blatantly Biased

Blatantly Biased. Criticises marketing while trying their best to promote intel. Since 2019 they have thrown tantrums about AMD.

only use for same brand comparisons

I would only use this for comparisons of the same brand. They are extremely biased against AMD going back to 2017. If I tested a processor that was similar among both brands, userbenchmark would twist it from "The AMD (equivalent) processor crashed once whilst I was messing with drivers" to "The AMD processor crashed often and thats why its worse than intel." Thats not a "for consumer" thats predatory.

worst website ever

wow, just wow this is the most amd hating nvidia fanboying website ever, not only is it biased towards nvidia/intel, but they try and play it off as this site just being bs, they are paid to do this stuff, so this just sucks.

Dis Company Stinks

They just flame AMD for no reason and a few accounts ( whose names are a piece of hardware followed by the word pro) probably owned by the owner who make the descriptions. Userbenchmark calls people hating them "virgins" as if it'll do anything other than make a fun pastime to make fun of this website. Whoever made that roast has the mentality of a Stereotypical high school bully. The benchmarks aren't accurate either as it says the core 9 Utra 285 has faster core speeds as they cherry picked the performance cores being used even though these cores hardly get used outside gaming and productivity.
