For the writers

Uvocorp is good at finding ways to save money and give the writers less. It's hard to say the company is fair when they have editors and mentors making mistakes and taking money. There is no consistency in making changes and no one tells you what their credentials are. Some of these "helpers" are just plain stupid. Sorry. The mentors take money from the writers to make them "better" writers, but you can find that mentors are not even native English speakers. Many are from the Ukraine. Just google search "uvocorp", "mentor" and "linkedin profiles". And let that sink in. While you are at it you should google search "uvocorp" and "scam" and see what comes up. Also "uvocorp" and "brownie" and "frog pog"

Some real problems

People need to remember this is a website that processes academic papers but does not operate as a real company per se. It is not transparent about who is in charge and the background of the company. It does not have a Human Resources department, so the people that handle writing issues are inconsistent and unprofessional in many ways. If there is a problem or you disagree with an error, there is nothing you can really do about it. Trying to talk to someone to remedy any problem is like talking to a wall. No response, no real help and no logical explanation. The editing department will literally change things in a paper to make it worse, like changing the right information to the wrong information, or changing a sentence that is purely based on personal preference. This is pretty disgusting. You can find other reviews where people state they have had their papers unnecessarily edited so editors can make money off of the writers. Maybe this is the case. Assessments that are made for writers will literally have mistakes and unprofessional language, but you will be told you need to follow outdated guidelines and write as if you are getting paid a real salary for good writing. Their assessments and guidelines are inconsistent and not kept in check. With automated responses and a lack of support, even for long term writers, they cannot pass as a real company.

On another note, we would like to confirm that thr representatives of all our departments reply to the writers and client's messages within 24-hr deadline (the only exception is weekends and holidays season). It is a strict rule in our company. And our Support Team works 24/7 and handles all the urgent concerns. If you have a specific example of the rule being broken by a team member, we will appreciate it if you provide us with such.

As for the editing - it is a part of our quality-control assesment for unexperienced writers or writers who need some help with idea development, paper structure, grammar, wording, etc. The writer receives edited file with visible corrections and the feedback on general quality of the paper. This helps the writer understand what areas are to be improved. As a result, the writer is learning, improves writing skills, gets higher level, graduates from the program and has access to better orders in the end.

We seek to provide a professional and enjoyable work environment that supports job enthusiasm and positive relationships. Thats is why we treat each case seriously and would like to know more about your experience. If possible, please send us more details (order IDs and/or name of specialists) and we'll take a thorough look at the case.

Does Not Value Writers

I was a writer here under Mentor Kayla. I had very good ratings on my profile, which made me a favorite writer for many clients ( I had 4 returning clients by the way). Within the three months of working there, I enjoyed life but towards the end of the season, I do not know what happened. The writers' adaptation specialists never gave a valid reason for suspending my account. After six months, I tried to reinstate my account and passed all the tests pretty well. But after a few days of awaiting evaluation, I got a shock of my life that I could not be able to reinstate my account because I tried selling to third parties, something I have never even thought of. I tried to contact the admin but my messages were ignored. I am demanding an explanation of why my account is still closed. My Writer ID was 343799. My writing experience has even improved. UvoCorp needs to value their writers.

I did not work as much as others in…

I did not work as much as others in this company but I can only say this; I am shocked to read that people make here around 500-700 dollars. I rarely get any work and there are not enough orders available. I am only given papers on subjects I am not specializing. After taking an order out of desperation about music, I keep getting only this subject. I am not even close to this subject. I see no big opportunities here since there is not enough discussion between the client and me. I was reassigned from an order after the editor thought I can't do a summary. No explanation, the money taken from me and that after me working on it. Editors are kings there and writers don't have much control. On other sites like this, they give you a chance to change and edit the paper but not here. Once you made a mistake they simply give it to the editor entirely, plus the editor can decide whether or not reassign writers which sounds crazy to me. Often, editors pick on the smallest and lamest mistakes just to make sure they make money since they get paid for correcting you. Most of them are just paraphrasing so you can't possibly win.
