Vayama Agency Migh be a Scam
I made a reservation for a flight from Iguazu Falls (ARG) to Cuzco (Peru) via Vayama. Amaszonas Airlines contacted me stating that the agent didn't give them my passport number, therefore I will not be able to board the flight, since they cannot change the data. They urged me to contact the agent.
First of all, Vayama didn't ask any passport numbers on their reservation form, so, this is entirely their mistake. I have written several e-mails in the past 6 days - no answer from them.
Also, I tried to call them - 3 of their numbers does not work at all (or not exist) - and the one I could reach them, the person just hang up on me after explaining the situation. It happened three times today.
I also called my credit card company, and turned out the charge is still on "pending" - after a week - because Vayama didn't want to get it through yet (this is a puzzle for me.....)
I do not recommend to use Vayama services to anyone!
