bad services and the customers are nothing to them... I cant connect to their VPN with none of Windows app or Android and etc... I wrote them and request support to find an issue for me , but they dont reply to even one of emails and support requests!!! they get money first and then no response... I told them to Run OpenConnect service because in my country it works but as I said Before no Response at all....

We are unable to locate any recent tickets from anyone named "Aryan", are you sure that you've used correct email address to reach us? You can reach us via support@keepsolid.com, or via live chat on our website. As you can probably judge by other reviews here - our support team replies in a very short time and most of our customers are pretty satisfied with the customer support service.
It never connected and support wasn't very supportive. So it's now uninstalled and I use SurfShark which is easy to use and works a treat

This is a supremely easy-to-use and successful VPN with very little user interaction required to set it up and keep it working properly.
Their customer service team's response times have been extremely quick with any of the minor issues I have had giving me replies with good answers within a few hours rather than days.
All their answers have been clear and precise and have cleared up any problems I have had in a very short time.
Being almost 70 years old and having been a trucker for nearly 50 years and with virtually no computing experience until recently if I can use this application successfully then anyone can.

I have been using VPN Unlimited for a number of years. I live in Thailand and have a difficult time to log into financial institutions in the US without use of a VPN. Their tech support is outstanding; every time I have contacted them, they have responded within a few hours and have solved any issues very quickly. I can highly recommend it as a reliable VPN with outstanding tech support.

Have used VPN Unlimited for several years. I had some trouble getting a new phone recognized in the app (my fault). I emailed Tech Support and had an answer within 5 minutes and was up and running in less than 5 minutes after. Highly recommended!

Bought lifetime subscription but had trouble so tried to cancel before the 30 day subscription cutoff but got told point blank NO REFUND and this cost me approximately $A250 so don’t use this product as I am not the first one to suffer this from this company

It is not worth the money + they try to keep you on all ways - incl. illegal double opt out.
VPN was quite slow (own server with own IP address), dedicated IP address was flagged by several services as "open relay" and cancelation is a nightmare.
You have to cancel on the website and then confirm the cancelation with a click in an email they send you. Very weird.
And the "30 days money back" is not valid for services like IP and server. Kind of scammy.
I am now using NordLayer. Much faster, much better quality, many more features, much better service.
Update: Their answer is just not true. Other services are much faster under the same conditions. And they never tell you that the money back is only for the first 30 days - it's always there when you pay.

The 30 days money-back policy is valid for all purchases made on our website, but only in cases where it is the first payment for the subscription, not a prolongation. This allows our users to test the service to see if it satisfies their needs. As for speed - we provide the maximum possible connection speed for the current conditions.
However, the conditions for your connection may vary because of the distance from you to the selected VPN server.
Also, there is always a chance of slowdown because of your ISP throttling VPN protocols. In this case, we suggest trying to connect to a few servers that are geographically closer to you and re-checking the performance.
Also, enabling KeepSolid Wise might decrease the speed. Users can switch to a different VPN protocol in Settings -> Protocols of the app, and check the performance again. WireGuard is considered to be the fastest protocol in most common circumstances.

Keepsolid can pass Iran Heavy filtering with good speed. I asked Them to give me a discount, and they answer promptly Positive!... I got 1 month Abo.
