We're very sorry to hear about your experience, and we hope that you are safe in the aftermath of Coronavirus. It's important to note that this complaint is not about Vrbo's services, but is in regards to a rental transaction between this traveler and the owner or manager of their booking.
Whenever a traveler books a reservation via our site, they agree to a cancellation policy prior to submitting their request to book. Vrbo is not able to force an owner or manager to issue refunds that are not in accordance with those agreed-upon policies. Situations involving storms, states of emergency, riots, etc, are considered force majeure and may not be eligible for refunds as a result of being outside the control of any involved party.
