Shocking quality for the price point. I’ve never had bras come apart so quickly. I bought 3 and there’s issues with all of them. One had sharp stitching on the strap that was/is really uncomfortable.... See more

Copper Warning - The metal on all Pepper bras have cheap coating that completely comes off after a few weeks, revealing cheap copper fasteners. If you are allergic, you now have green/blue bras and skin with terrible burning, itching, and irritation. Other bra manufacturers use hypoallergenic metals.
No Refund - Pepper will not give a refund for this issue, only a pity 20% off merchandise you can't wear.
No Reviews - Peppers website does not allow reviews. This prevents people from seeing the real issues.
Expensive Trash - Each bra, even on sale, is $55-85 and becomes unwearable. There is no fix to this issue, only the garbage can.
Ordered the Lift Up Bikini Top in 34A. Cup sizing was perfect but the band was super tight. No international exchange so I had to return to re-purchase the 36A. Was v. grateful that the return fee was waived. However purchased the 36A and the cup sizing was really odd - didn't fit at all with significant gaping. Band size didn't feel much bigger. Will have to return and lose 1/3 of what I paid in return fees :-(
Since it seems that Pepper doesn’t allow negative reviews on their site, it’s important to get the word out elsewhere. The bras are fine. That’s it. They’re ok. The padding is awful and doesn’t stay put. Also, one of mine bunches up on the sides. They work for smaller chested ladies, but overall you can find better, especially for the price.
I love there bras so much, it is all I will buy. It fits me perfectly every time. I’ve even gotten some athletic wear from Pepper and it was great quality!
The bras are one of THE most painful bras i've ever tried on. I really wanted to like these bras, I am part of the itty bitty community and was glad a bra was made for us. But when I tried the MVP Multiway Strapless Bra, it was way too tight. I did not realise how bad it was until I took the bra off at the end of the day and noticed I was peeling it right off my skin. I saw the marks, it was terrible it was red, and it left a scar.
I am utterly disappointed, and to think I had spent $212 on such poor quality bras. I had the same experience with Limitless Wirefree Scoop Bra Buff and I was sure I followed the sizing guidelines exactly.
As for the Lace Lift Up Bra Black, not only was it tight around the band, but the bra was breaking apart at the lace around a year. I've not had such poor quality bras, I find myself AVOIDING these bras in my drawers now. Such a shame.

I wrote to Pepper about a bra purchased in 2024 (within 2 years) which has its stitching on the strap coming completely apart. They said that any replacements or refunds are only available in the first 12 months. They said- "To keep the best fit and comfort, many customers find it helpful to refresh their bras every 6-12 months so they maintain their shape and performance." For such an expensive product- I assumed it would be high quality, and last at the very least 4-5 years minimum (2 is a bit of a joke). Don't buy from this company! Fast fashion at its finest.

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO BUY AYTHING FROM. I HATE THAT I HAD TO EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR. I PLACED AN ORDER OVER A MONTH AGO AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER AND I HAVE WRITTEN COUNTLESS EMAILS AND NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FORM HERE!!!!!!!!!

I saw mixed reviews on pepper bras. I decided to try it anyways because my boobs aren't super small but they are teardrop shaped so majority of my breast tissue is at the bottom which creates the annoying gap in most standard bras. I got a balconette style bra in a 36B and after shipping it came to a little over a hundred bucks. I was pleasantly surprised when I put it on because it fit well and actually made me look fuller on top which I am not used to. Ive never had a bra that actually fit before. Theres no gap, its quite comfortable and flattering. It feels very feminine. I generally wouldn't spend that much for one article of clothing but I feel it was worth it for the quality and overall fit of the product on me. I would recommend this brand for women with more natural fullness underneath that get a gap with regular bras.
We have been coming to peppers Marysville twice a year as often as we can since it was Vibes.
We were there from the 3rd of march to the 6th 2026
It was great , the food , what a chef wow.
It is such a relaxing place and the staff they are just great none more than Karyn the manager she is incredible such a caring no fuss lady (thank you Karyn)
A place to go to for a very good stay.
Thanks to all
I had a solid experience with them in 2021 so I came back again in 2026 - but to a DRASTIC DECREASE in product quality. Like night and day drastic. I was so disappointed because when I previously purchased from them I did actually really enjoy the fit. Now it’s back to the search for the perfect brand.

I have purchased a total of 11 bras now. My favorites are the "Supima cotton wirefree" (2) and the "Limitless scoop wirefree" (2). They are incredibly comfortable for work and lounging. When it gets warmer, the "FeelGood wirefree T-shirt" (3) enters my regular rotation, as well. The "Classic all you" (1) is pretty comfortable and great for summer but after a while the underwire irritates me. I have a "Supima cotton lift up" and a "Boost lift up strapless" as well. The strapless has been for special, dress-up occasions and the cotton lift has an underwire that I'm not a fan of. Last I have the "Zero-G wirefree lift up" that I can wear longer than the underwire lift ups but it is uncomfortable after a while, as well. I think I need to try adjusting it differently. I'm very happy I found a company that makes bras that actually fit me! It's a game changer to have clothes that fit and encourage self confidence 🙌
Absolutely the best bras for the itty bitty committee. Customer service is very prompt and helpful too.
Most amazing bras I have ever bought. I have live most my life in sports bras because nothing ever fit or was comfortable. Finally I can love my body and feel feminine in it. Cannot wait to buy more.
I love every single bra I’ve purchased from Pepper. They get me and my small boob needs! My latest purchase, a lift up bra in two tone lace is no exception! It’s comfortable, sexy and great quality. Love it!
There is no thing as customer service for pepper bras. When you leave an email, you are replied back by AI - not a person, just a "blow you off" tactic. I ordered, paid with an electronic pepper gift card, can't track the order and also can't access my gift card to see if this company took the cost away from my gift card balance. For as much as they charge, you'd think they would at least have a phone number that you can call. Believe me I tried, but according to google, there is no number to call. Just an email that gets answered by AI. Don't waste your time, money or gift card on this company. Seriously disappointed!

always a great shopping experience with pepper since my very first purchase, they go above and beyond with their products and customer service. I will continue to shop at pepper as long as the girls need a roof over their heads!
I tried to return 2 items. I requested the refunds at different times from the same order and this generated two return labels. I figured it would be easiest to put the items in the same package since they were from the same order, however this complicated things. They gave me a refund for one of the items. The other item they have not located and since it's not in their possession, I have not gotten a refund. I have reached out to the company multiple times and they keep saying they need to receive it at the warehouse, which is understandable, but it's been over a month now. Every time I email them they give me the same answer that it needs to be located at the warehouse and attach a link at the end of their email to sell new items. I'm starting to think I will never get my $50 back because of a simple mistake and lack of help on their end. Plus I honestly think it's lost now. I'm displeased with the customer service. And no I don't want to buy the newest greatest and latest when I'm trying to get my refund.

The lift up bra is perfect for me. The sizing chart gave me the right size and fit. They do what they promise: a bra that lifts and is also super comfortable and no gaping. So happy I found them. Pricey but worth it!
I got the Zero-G Wirefree Lift Up Bra in Buff as part of the Lifted & Loved Bundle. I love that it fits so well (no gaps) and that it is so comfortable. It does not have wires but somehow it is still able to give the look and support of a lift. Highly recommend!
Sizing is not accurate. They increase the band size without telling the customer. Also they are known for deleting and blocking bad reviews on their website and social media. So all the positive stuff you see is completely biased. The bad reviews are just deleted.
