I received my items in time for Christmas and my kids were very pleased! Thanks Wellglow.

Whatever you do, do not use this company. I ordered some Chinese lanterns from them on 6th September and guess what? Yes i'm still waiting for them to be delivered. Why oh why did I not read the reviews before I ordered! They have not answered a single phone call or replied to any of my e-mails but quite happily took my cash on the day of order. I have told them I shall be reporting them to the Ombudsman but still I haven't heard from them. From all the companies I deal with on-line this is by far the worst.

I ordered a party pack for my sister's hen do and it was supposed to be delivered within 3-5 days. Two weeks on I am still waiting and have chased numerous times, my phone calls and emails are left unanswered. I am going to report to my bank and trading standards. This company and their website needs closing immediately. I just wished I had checked out this website beforehand but will do so for all future purchases.

The glow sticks were really bright and easy to use. There were clear instructions and lovely attractive packaging, each detailing the colour of the items. The website was easy to use and no issues when ordering. My order was confirmed immediately andlater that day I receieved a tracking number from their courier DHL showing the status of the parcel. I'd recommend wellglow to friends and family.

Order Tue 19 Apr with next day 4pm del. wanted it for an event on the 23 Apr no del Wed 20 as I wxpected as order late Tue but no del Thur or Sat had to leave home after 4pm without item. Its now 5 may and still no item and no reply to 2 emails and 2 answer phone messages, and now can't even leave a message on there answer phone, Seems like a bunch of con artist. I have now taken advice from consumer direct but I am not willing to wait the 30 days they say to give them to refund. I have also spoke to my bank and will be hoping they can take the money back out of there account. Other wise I will be taking legal action and informing trading standards if i can find there phone number. As this bunch needed shutting down ASAP. So my advice to all is DO NOT USE these con artist even if your life depended on it. I for one will never use them again truely shockinh levels of customer care. Would give -5 stars if it was possible worst online company ever delt with at least 100% of any others have responed to calls or emails and evental sort out either goods or refund

Goods ordered nearly three weeks ago have not arrived - money taken from credit card promptly! This company does not respond to any emails - there is no one answering the customer services telephone number and no-one returns calls from messages left on answer phone. We will have a lot of disappointed children on bonfire night - A real rip off - DO NOT USE!

I ordered 50 glowsticks and paid over the odds for before noon delivery the next day. I even got an acknowledgement that the items had been shipped. The money was taken from my card and a week later still nothing has arrived and I have not had any success in emailing or calling wellglow. Do not buy from here, I have asked my credit card to recover my money
