Everything works fine. Haven't had any issues with multiple orders. Once they sent a thing of the wrong size, but that was a trifle. Some orders may take a little longer to ship, but this is normal.
I have good experience with Zalando Lounge in Poland. I ordered a couple of jackets and one week later I received the package. The package was undamaged and the jackets were in good condition (fold lines on cotton blend jackets were my only concern, will be probably hard to iron out).The clothes weren't fitting me well, so I decided to send them back. I ordered the DHL courier to my house, and the next day he took away my order. 5 day's later I had my money back on my bank account (I returned all items, so the delivery was free).
