I’m 100k funded and try to take my first payout 5 days ago and still nothing, it take too much Time for being paid and it is impossible to contact them by mail cause there e-mail dont work.

On January 6, 2025, I sent several emails requesting assistance with an issue related to the account phases. As of today, January 23, 2025, I still have not received any response. I hope that, at the very least, reading this will prompt you to respond.

so what happed is that i was in a trade risking about 2 % and i got a email saying my account is Breached the 5% rule . how when i make 1.1k i have all the prof that i did not break any rule this company has no support i try to send them a email never replay back please i just want a refund guys dont use this company.

Do not use this company. Terrible customer service you will not hear back from them. Fake reviews on trustpilot. Fake payouts. Much safer firms to go with, such as FTMO and a select few others.

If I have not had an email response by the end of today I will continue to let people know what type of company this really is.
