Could have been better
Wasn’t happy that we asked for an offer online and didn’t receive anything until we had followed up! It was ready but just not sent! Also unhappy at having to pay the 21% VAT, we asked that the invoice be made in the name of our installateur, but we were told that the 6% vat rules didn’t count in this case which doesn’t make sense as this is a Belgian law for all installateurs for houses older than 10 years! Apart from those things the service was decent and the people working on the offer kind and helpful where possible!

I've asked that our colleagues from the shop to contact you about the VAT.
It's correct that we can not sell the product with 6% VAT, it's your installateur who needs to make the invoice for 6%.
