Zacks Investment Research is one of the largest providers of independent stock, ETF and mutual fund research in the U.S. The performance of our stock research recommendations has consistently ranked among the top research firms in the U.S. by independent evaluators of equity research. This research anchors our active trading services, long-term investor services, screening and backtesting software, and powerful resources and tools to help boost portfolio returns. At the center of everything we do is a strong commitment to independent research and sharing its profitable discoveries with investors. In fact, helping investors find success has been the life’s work of our Founder and CEO, who in 1978 armed with his PhD from MIT hit upon a key discovery: Earnings estimate revisions are the most powerful force impacting stock prices. This crucial finding led to the creation of our proven Zacks Rank stock-rating system that harnesses the power of earnings estimates. Since 1988, the private Zacks #1 Rank List has more than doubled the S&P 500, averaging +24.4% per year.

I became a customer with zacks research back in 2019
I became a customer with zacks research back in 2019. I was 1.5 years experience at that time, a trader with beginner skills. I did their trial, cancelled it before it ended because I wasn't sure if i was ready for what everything they offered. I learned to better trade on my own and then went back to their services, by then, I had a much better broker, half the year to focus on trading and stuck with them. Slowly, i purchased over the years ALL of their content they provide and i am officially a lifetime member. The emails alone that they provide are phenomenal. SO much research, time and wealth of knowledge is given to you by the zacks team. I recommend everyone who wants to trade LEARN economics, learn everything you can BEFORE getting into this and you will reap all the benefits. I cannot stress this enough, if you are a novice or a beginner trader, i highly suggest get the large caps or etf (slower volatility) products which will yield you greater returns since you are buying and holding. But for those who are intermediate or advance and LOVE to trade like i do, get the lifetime. The wealth of knowledge, the edge you get, saves you a ton of time and you have the foundation laid out already for you. I NEVER take their personal entry points, i always find my own and i always find my own sells. I keep track of all my buys especially the swings/long term so i am up to date on everything i own. If you are a day 1 person, do not purchase this product. You need to have a grasp that this is a job that takes time, skill built over time, but it grants you the freedom that you will enjoy as long as you put the effort. Those of you that know the term picking up money off the ground strategy, knows that those trades exist and there are thousands of these the team give out but it is up to the user to know how to take advantage of this data.
To recap: Novice DO NOT GET THIS.
Intermediate trader with over 50k+ or advance, you will be very successful over the years.
No logic or system and won't respond to questions.
When I was tired of managing my own account I had Zack's take over. I lost 20% of my portfolio in a couple of months before I fired them.
I analyzed their ranking system and found there was no system or logic. Momentum scores of "A" are given in both up and down trends. ????
They will not respond to critical questions.
They will auto-renew with no warning and try to get your money back!
People commenting here just rely on #1…
People commenting here just rely on #1 rank and see that the stocks tank. Offcourse nobody should rely on just 1 metric. I did that mistake for an year but after that I educated myself. I am a subscriber of zacks and an active trader. I have made profits with stocks under $10 and daily I trade using a screen that I have custom created using zacks premium screen in addition i also look at the news for the stock from my broker after which i pick it. I have bet dow, S&P, NASDAQ, Russell for last 6 months and still continuing.
Crap earnings report advice
Crap earnings report advice. I invested in 3 stocks they said would beat earnings, none of them did, I lost money, The same week that Disney had their earnings report due, zacks rated them a strong sell, long story short, Disney actually beat earnings and went up. What a joke.
Terrible advice & 'surprise' £239 subscription fee
Terrible advice, and after the one month $1 trial expires they try to take like £239 from your bank account. (Luckily I had used an inactive account that bounced. They tried a couple more times then gave up. If it happens to you, try a chargeback with your bank.)
There might be some redemption if their recommendations were any good, but they're not. I'm a beginner, and the two stocks I picked myself early in the year, with just a basic bit of research, are performing at 31% and 12%, respectively. I took a punt on three strongly recommended buys from Zacks back in late spring, and they are performing at -17%, -18%, and -12%, respectively. (Coty, Paypal, Uipath). I wonder who is benefitting from talking up the rating of these poor performers. Don't imagine it's a coincidence that they've all tanked since. Luckily I only invested fairly small amounts and am currently down 'only' about £90. Utter crap.
GLIMBSE OF LIGHT AT THE TUNNEL END
I posted two days ago on my experience dating back over 90days. The effect of that post is yielding some result
The company that refused reaching out to me has started responding after Dycelp reached out on my behalf. Must it be that hard?
They may not be bad as thought... only needs a strong force. There my just be light at the end of the tunnel! The Aberdeen experience is coming into play!

Don't subscribe to the Zacks Investment Research emails they publish on the dark web. If you go to your Google account, then security and select a run scan with Google one. Then it will show you who has published your personal info and which Zacks is one of them.
Worst Customer Service in America!
This company has worse then zero customer service. They refuse to help, don't respond to emails and when you ask for a supervisor, it is ignored. Finally after demanding to take action and leave reviews and file a BBB complaint if a supervisor didn't contact me, I got a call from a man claiming to be a supervisor. He yelled at me, told me they weren't doing business with me, refused to give me his name and hung up on me. These guys are TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY!!!!!

When will they learn? It’s Millie Mouse to continue to bombard PAID customers with sell-up emails???
Plus, it denigrates their main service to near worthless.
It gives the appearance of going out of business!
I did not pay for the opportunity to receive solicitations for their add-on ‘packages!
Great Customer Service
Stock information is very useful, but the customer service was great.
Zacks Premium is antiquated and its…
Zacks Premium is antiquated and its analysis is incomplete. Its entire “system” is based on EPS revisions which was a revolutionary idea in the 1970s, but it’s 2023 – information flows more freely these days.
They are really bad
They are really bad. They recommended to sell x stock which I did, after a weekend it gained 13% and still going. Avoid otherwise u will lose lots of money.
Nio stock on your page 21/07/2023 was marked as to sell for some reason so I have panicked and sold the stock. Is up 26% at the moment. Is that gives some clarity?
Zacks is a great source of data when sensibly used together with other sources
I have read all the reviews of Zacks and have the following comment: it seems that several complainants are new to investing and may have misused the Zacks ranking system; they might have been better off using a suggested portfolio--provided by Zacks or another advisory service. As Zacks allows anybody to check their rank of any stock or ETF I've done that with my existing portfolio. There are anomalies: Zacks ranks Berkshire Hathaway at 4: strong sell. Their algorithm obviously doesn't like BRK.B but I've made lots of money over the years; it's up 7.55% YTD. Whatever advisory servie an investor uses, s/he would do well to check Yahoo Finance and see what other commentators have said; and check SeekingAlpha.com and SimplyWall.St -- There's lots of information to be had, free and gratis. I don't blame Zacks that (for example) they rank as 4 CLMB on which I have 49.3% gain since Jan. 23 and they rank as 1 CMT on which I have 40.8% gain since Jan. 30. (They rank another profitable holding, LMB (28.7% gain since May 1) as 3. I've had lots of losers too, in the past bear market mostly, but I'm ahead overall. Zacks rates QQQ as 2, and I suppose that's a fair ranking--for a safe ETF that has outpaced SPY (an thus the S&P 500) for decades. A negative is that Zacks doesn't rank many foreign stocks, nor all small- and mid-caps. But nobody should use Zacks as a sole source of opinion and the other services I mention do rank them. Yuval Taylor's The Stock Evaluator costs $324 a year with a 14-day trial and he ranks especially US and foreign small caps. Which reminds me of another complaint some made: the best strategy is to cancel minutes after you've signed on for a trial and given your CC info. Then you won't be charged if you don't want to. And take a screen cap: that will cover you if you have to complain to the providor or your bank. So: I give Zacks 4 stars for what they are when used sensibly and as one of several sources that an investor can benefit from. And Zacks deserves the 4th star because they give quite a bit of information away for free.
There are a couple of times when Zack…
There are times when Zack view #3 hold, which it should be buy for TFI international ( TFI), After did my own research, I loaded up my positions. Made a great profits especially last quarter. You should always do your own homework, remember trends are your friend ( based on 3-5 years+) along with the fundamentals of the companies.
I find Zacks to be completely useless
I find Zacks to be completely useless. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt over several years.
However, their "reports" are simply copy and paste with a new ticker and some different data. There is absolutely no meaningful insight to be found, anywhere in their "content". I really don't understand how material this shallow can occupy so much space on Yahoo Finance. I have found outfits like Seeking Alpha and Motley Fool to be far superior in every way. I highly recommend NOT wasting your time ingesting the refuse spewed out by Zacks.

I rely on Zacks for all my buys & sells, not only for my accounts, but also for my clients accounts. We all did well so far. Thank you for the great advice.
The only confusion I have, when I see a sell on one of your different venues, but it's a buy on a different area of you Ultimate. Furthermore, I get a sell notification, but that holding is still in your portfolio. I need to understand that approach. Thanks.

"I value Zacks Home Run Investor #1 Ranks
"I value Home Run Investor, #1 Ranks and Stocks Under $10 portfolios as part of Zacks Investor Collection.
A high majority of the Zacks Rank #1 (Strong Buy) stocks went up in value within 2-6 weeks and I sold them off for +4-6% profits, which is better than a CD for a year."
In this bear market I can't now find the few stocks moving against the tide. The life time collect paied for itself in a matter of months.
I have no subscription plans
I have no subscription plans. As is, Zacks is sclerotic. Their promotions are purely positive, but never do you find their reviews of what misfired. Today Zacks' bull of the day is baidu but it factually became bear of the day with Ernie. What does Zacks say? Nothing. Jd went down big time with rank buy. Lenovo went up big time with rank sell over the past month. It's ok. But Zacks hushes it all up.
Zacks is the Best!!
First and foremost I cannot express how happy I have been ever since I signed up for Zacks, I think almost three years ago. I have had amazing results with Zacks. I especially like Brian Bolan as his growth portfolios have really paid off for me. However, now that we have been going through a bear market I can't imagine not having Zacks extensive portfolios when I signed up with Zacks Ultimate. I still make the final decision on what I am going to do with my money but with the amazing insight and hard work that each manager provides me through Zacks, it continues to help me through the process of managing without losing. I truly enjoy how each portfolio manager shares their opinions ideas and thoughts, and especially how they have the fortitude to commit to what they do. As of last year I have now expanded the Zack family as I enjoy many of the portfolio managers and their commentaries. I use the S&P 500 as the metric. I currently use the following portfolios: Home Run Investor, Stocks Under $10, Zacks Top 10 Stocks, Insider Trader, Large Cap Trader, TAZR, Alternative Energy Innovators, and Healthcare and Technnology Innovators. I like to invest in the Zack Confidential stocks that come out as well. I also, on occasion, use the email from Jerome and the Research Wizard group. Whenever I find a friend who is interested in managing his own money, I have told them about Zacks. I One of my friends started using Zacks and he is also very happy. I will be forever grateful for having Zacks as my way to manage my money."
A large amount of articles and podcasts…
A large amount of articles and podcasts is great! Also interesting is Ultimate´s Portfolio additions and deletions, and how the portfolio managers are arguing them.
