General ZAP-Hosting Review
User interface is really slow.
Support is kinda bad, i'm not asking to install anything i'm asking for something related directly to my service and they barely answer live chat, and late (~2hours) to tickets responds.
Prices are really good for the service they provide but you need to listen to the customers more and offer more support services to anything related VPS or Dedicated Server.

We're glad you used our Live Chat even during ourlate hours. We have recently hired two additional native american supporters to cover even more time of the day than we could before. We currently can not offer 24/7 Support, but we're working in it.
