Immaculate service and guest experience…

Immaculate service and guest experience from Zenoti team! TRACY and the team, SUBA, KRISHNA were absolutely a super star. They guided us through the process of building the webstore and all the services, creating the app and pushing through deadlines and the all project itself. They have been there since we raised our first concern that the migration was taking longer than it should.
We put together all our effort and we managed to do everything in 4 weeks. Support has been amazing at all the time.
The look of our salon web store is completely changed. Our clients loved the new bookings system and they journey is much easy then before.
Stand up for Zenoti!
Also thank you to Sara to accommodate our requests on the sales process since we could move right away from our previous system.
We love everything and we elevate 100% our small independent businesses and now we are BRAND!

Immaculate guest experience, but steep backend learning curve.

Migrating a multi-location premium spa to a new management platform is the kind of project where a single visible disruption can damage years of client trust. That risk was the reason we evaluated Zenoti carefully, and it's the benchmark against which the implementation has to be judged. The integration team was hands-on throughout — responsive, structured, and clearly experienced with enterprise deployments at this tier. Existing clients moved through the transition without encountering friction at any booking touchpoint. The guest-facing booking experience is well-suited to a luxury positioning: clean, understated, and configurable without requiring ongoing developer involvement. Worth noting: the back-end reporting suite has a learning curve that takes time to navigate efficiently. The client-facing output, however, is exactly what a premium brand needs.

We are having nothing but problems

We are having nothing but problems with Zenoti, we moved across about 4 months ago and from slow systems to processes that take 5 times longer than they used to it has been a nightmare. Customers complaining the system is not quick or allowing them to run as quickly as before as well as appiintments booked that go missing. I am trying to resolve but the service from the Zenoti team is awful. I would think twice before moving to Zenoti.

I want to start by saying that the implementation of Zenoti was a pleasant experience. It started slow, but once we got going, things picked up and were completed quickly. Our project was managed by Kanika, and the team assigned to our project guided and supported us very well.

I would also like to highlight the Hyperconnect implementation, as this is an area where things could have been improved. The communication wasn't clear, and it took some time to get a response regarding the next steps. However, this was managed and handled well after we raised the issue.

I want to single out one person and say that he is the reason for the 5-star rating. Mohammed Adnan helped us tremendously and also advised us on certain aspects of the implementation. We thought he was the project manager, because we spoke to him almost every day, and he responded very quickly to our queries, even on weekends! I can't say enough positive things about him, but to keep it short: I don't think the implementation would have been a success, both before and after launch, if it weren't for him.

Ramanna has been incredibly supportive and helpful with so many things in Zenoti, from updating pricing to answering questions and assisting whenever we run into system issues.

She’s always quick to step in and find solutions, and what really stands out is how reliable and approachable she is, even when she’s on holiday 🙏🏻💞 she still makes time to help us out.

We truly appreciate all her support and everything she does to keep things running smoothly.

Platform & Staff Are Awful

I’ve been with Zenoti for about a year and a half, and it has been a year and a half of constant issues.

Yes, the system is “robust,” but that’s honestly part of the problem. Simple tasks require navigating what feels like 40 different screens and toggling obscure settings just to get one thing done. That might be tolerable if their documentation was accurate—but it’s not. Their guides are outdated, showing features and settings that no longer exist, which makes an already complicated system even more frustrating.

Support is a nightmare. You get passed in circles with no real resolution. And if you’re assigned to Anantha Nischal as your product manager, don’t expect help. Messages go unanswered. When he does respond, it’s usually “I’ll get back to you,” and then nothing. I have outstanding issues from months ago that are still unresolved with zero explanation.

Trying to leave has been just as bad. I’ve requested my data to transition to another platform and cannot get it sent over. Every follow-up is ignored, including one sent to the legal team, as it is clear they are not holding up their end of the contract. At this point, it feels like you’re stuck in a system that won’t support you while you’re in it and won’t let you leave easily either.

I pay close to $1,000 a month for this service, and in return I get inconsistent payouts, an overly complicated backend, and little to no communication when issues arise.

If you value your business running smoothly, your time, your money, or even basic responsiveness from a company you’re paying—do not choose Zenoti.
