Paul is fantastic to deal with, from the start he listened to what we were wanting to create. He created the perfect Tactical Subdued Police Patch for the front and rear of tactical vests for specialist teams. The font, colour and size was perfect for what we needed. Paul is quick on service and delivery. The patches turned out perfect and look amazing on our vests.
Definitely recommend Zen Promotional Products and Paul for a top quality product.

Contacted Paul about a rush job on some costume patches we needed asap for a big promotional photo shoot. The courier delivered to the wrong address , and at the time Paul spontaneously offered to replace the goods if they were lost. I had recently purchased motorbike and wanted to personalise my leather riding jacket with a badge that was meaningful to me.

I thought as an individual only requiring a quantity of 1, that this would indeed be difficult to find a Company that could be bothered.

I dealt with Paul throughout the process and he was so attentive and made some really great suggestions based on his expertise which in the end made my badge look brilliant.
