Ordered a skirt and a top. Wanted to return the top.

Issue 1- Website wouldn’t let me organise return. Emailed company to be told to return to a certain address in UK, then to contact them again in France, by email to give them my bank details- I don’t think so. I emailed asking for it to be refunded by original payment card.

Issue 2- Returned top by registered post at my cost. Two weeks after they’ve received it, I’ve still had no email confirmation of return and no monies refunded to my bank.

Issue 3 - Two further emails sent to them, plus contacted them on Instagram and no reply at all.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Shocking customer service.

My order never arrived. I emailed zibi and they offered a refund. I imagine lost in transit/ postal strikes but strange considering it was a 48 tracked parcel.

Size 16 was more like a size 12 … emailed re: returns and got no response

Ordered the Zara dress days before a wedding. It fitted true to size and chiffon was so comfy to wear. Well made, very pretty and a good price. Had lots of nice comments. Highly recommend.

I returned a dress which was lovely, however I did not like the gold spec on it.
I am yet to receive a refund via paywall and have not received a response to any emails sent.

I ordered two dresses, one in a size 14 and one in a size 16. As I did not know which would fit. Only the 14 arrived. On the good side I was quickly refunded for the money for the 16, but the 14 was too small, and I would have liked to have tried the 16. But it was too late then. So good points for a quick return of the money, but no reason was given for an O 16 and I was charged for it originally, and the invoice said it was in the bag but it wasn’t. So generally pleased at your quick response, but disappointed that I did not get both dresses as requested

Loved the fitting and material is as seen on the picture! Delivered on time without any issues, everything was just perfect with this purchase..

I am very happy with the dress I bought from Zibi. The fabric is very soft and comfortable to wear. It was also a great fit. The service was great too and arrived well within the estimated time frame.

Received the wrong dress and wrong tracking for my item first time round. Team were lovely in rectifying the mistake and sent the correct dress straight away. However, I still have to give 3 stars as I ended up having to pay £5 to return the incorrect item as they don’t include free shipping on returns, and the shipping label I did receive did not work at any post office branch I went to. . Dress is lovely but not sure it’s worth it unless you know for certain that you want the item.

Terrible ....ended up refunding but only when I chased. Really poor

Zibi London service was fast and efficient. My parcel came neatly packaged and very fast service. My dress is gorgeous.

Not free returns. Very disappointed

Not worth it - charge £3.99 for delivery. No free returns have to pay £5.52 to return and they have cheek to take the £3.99 of the refund. Wouldn’t use them again purely because of this
