I was delighted to find Zinga Entertainment had some stock of the Pokémon Celebrations tins (very hard to find) and being able to choose the Pokémon region was excellent - other sellers just offered a random blind selection. Tin arrived promptly and well packaged. Our daughter was so pleased to receive just the tin she wanted.

Really great service, and my funko pops came well packaged and quickly.

I preordered my item around May and was told at the time that it would ship in August. I understand there were shipping and customs issues for Zinga, but I can't help but be annoyed that it didn't actually ship until November. I think I should have been informed of this and kept in the loop along the way rather than having to email multiple times for updates. Customer service was helpful and quick, but ultimately very vague with their answers.

Had never ordered from Zinga before but found them when they were stocking Loki Funko Pops. Couldn’t be more happy, orders took a little longer than expected due to preorder dates changing but customer service replied very quickly to my email enquiry and provided me with a detailed update on my orders. Funkos arrived well packaged and in great condition. Will definitely use again :)

i ordered president loki order #3835 and it arrived within a few days after ordering which i was incredibly impressed with! alongside of this the packaging was immaculate you could tell how zinga entertainment make sure every packaging is organised and sent safely! overall i definitely recommend to order from them :)

I ordered 9 mystery boxes from Zinga Entertainment recently my order number was #3610 and I was impressed with 3 things. 1st of all the packaging. All the pops came in great condition packed with bubble wrap and lots of packing ensuring the pops arrived safely. 2nd was the price, I did a lot of shopping around to find the cheapest place to buy mystery boxes and Zinga Entertainment was by far the most affordable, and as I said before, despite the low prices the packing was still great. And 3rd was the time it took for the package to arrive. The shipping was free anyway and the box still arrived within 3 days. You can tell that Zinga Entertainment really put a lot of effort into running their operations, from packing to delivery, in the most efficient and best way possible to ensure customer satisfaction. I was so happy with my order and will be placing more orders very soon :)

Preordered a Funko (order #2764) on this site and it was so easy to do. I was kept updated on the delivery and dispatch information and it arrived on time and in perfect condition. Will definitely be buying more in the future. :)

Preordered a few times off of here and great customer service every time. Very happy with the conditions of all the pops. There was one time where I had a pop missing a part but I contacted them and they got back to me within the day and sent me a replacement. Overall very happy with their company and website and very trustworthy 👍🏻

I ordered a scarlet witch Funko soda only expecting the common as I only ordered one can and I received the chase! It arrived within 3 days and it was a super cheap price for the scarlet witch soda so I’m super grateful!
