Hi my name is Sofia Tsirkinidou .I placed an order on Connor on 16 September and they send me a mail that my payment was declined so i thought that my order wasn’t going to be accepted so I had to order some of the products from another site .Today they send me a confirmation mail that my payment was accepted and that they are going to proceed my order .

First and foremost, I apologize that you are so unsatisfied - this is never our objective!!

I believe I found the problem. You placed two identical orders - one went through and the other did not. Order 341015 was placed at 2018-09-16 at 11:31:56 (credit card failed) and order 341016 was placed on 2018-09-16 at 12:21:50 (credit card was successful).

We sent you emails for both orders but seeing as the numbers were so similar, it was probably overlooked.

It is indeed too late to cancel order 341016 as it has already been dispatched but you are welcome to refuse acceptance of the parcel and once it arrives back at our warehouse, we will be more than happy to refund you in full.

I have already cancelled order 341015 and sent you a cancellation confirmation.
