Good price, but...
Good price. Friendly service.
But as soon as I leave Belgium I cannot use my mobile phone any more. Only within Belgium. Even the service team of edpnet was unable to fix that problem. Since I live near the border that is very annoying. If I will have an accident on the road in the future, I cannot call for help, But that was the initial reason why I signed the contract.

We will ask helpdesk to check your problem. They will contact you. It seems that because of the fact you are living at the border, it seems better to switch off your option to let your phone search automatically for the network. The international call option was activated. Maybe you need to do some settings in your mobile phone.
