The gross incompenence of this company could of cost me an engine
Ordered a cam belt kit on 27/10 arrived on 4/11 order no 24617598 opened the box and to my horror noticed one of the bearings was used, please HOW do you get that so wrong? I sent an email immediately with pictures, they didnt bother to reply on the 5th, ignored my messages on messenger, so I wasted more time emailling again on the 6th. Then they replied asking for more pictures probably to prove it wasnt my used one which I have sent, again. I was going to wait until they had a chance to sort it out but no. HORRIBLE service that warrants this review.
So just an update of how this car crash customer service is working or not as the case may be, I have sent a total of 15 pics, including all the parts, this is apparently still not enough, well it is for some customer service reps but not others. Up to date I'm emailing 4, 5 if you include this reply, one is saying send all the parts back, another is still investigating with his manager and needs more pics, one is sending the part foc with no return, and another is wanting it sent back with a return and have just received instructions for a return. Progress!
