AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had bought a ticket on a wrong name, I realized it as soon as it arrived on email and then my journey with them starts. First, they ONLY offer stupid vouchers as a refund even tho I'm sure you should be able to get money back as I read now in some other reviews. Ok, I ask for a voucher and they said it would take 3-4 days. It has been 2 weeks now, no response. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
I am wondering on what I will be spending voucher money when I'm leaving Portugal soon and the voucher doesn't look promising to arrive soon.
