Possibly the worst complaints handlers ever

This airline overcharged me and would not let my family board without supplemental credit card payment at the airport. Their suggestion was that I re-claim on my return. 15 months later they have not even responded to my claim. You can ring them but their front line receptionists will not provide an address or email address so your only contact is via their website.
Avoid this airline!
