Worst possible airline

Worst possible airline. I have been travelling to Portugal (Porto, with a stop in Lisbon) every two weekend for the past 3 years. Every single flights was delayed. No passenger support on the phone, flights always overbooked. Never. Trust. Tap. I tried again today and they are again delayed. They are so used to it that they don't even reply to my question at the gate. They just answer: we know. It's every week the same. Sorry. Never fly TAP if you can, their "aerial bridge" is a joke and ALWAYS have problems. Highly advise choosing other airline when possible
