Don’t risk it airline is a terrible joke

This airline is farce, please do NOT waste your time or money on these clowns. I paid for a reserved seat as I am over 6 foot and struggle with legroom. Both out and inbound they just gave my reserved seat away without any kind of explanation. We also had the wonderful experience of sitting on the aircraft for 2.5 hours waiting to takeoff, of course just 30mins shy of actually being able to make a claim. When I wrote to their complaints they gave me a voucher which is worthless as I will NEVER fly with them again. They are now ignoring my complaints and I will be filling a claim with my card issuer as they have stolen money from me for a service I did not receive.
