The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever. I have bought few tickets more than a week ago and i had to open a request for refund in less than 24 hours , according to my cancellation policy i am entitle to receive a refund in a condition to pay 20 euros fee. I called the company at the same day, i was informed that i would receive a refund in 5 to 7 days and so i waited patiently and until today no response. I called the company now and they gave me a new information 2 to 3 weeks? When i asked how i am going to receive the reimbursement, on my bank or voucher, the representative didnt answer and hung up.. such a bad experience.. and i still didnt receive my money back.
I recommend everyone to be careful if you ever need to cancel and ask for refund at Tap.. it is safer to fly with another company.
