My wife was flying from London to Accra via Lisbon 11 Dec. From check in to boarding it was the worse flying experience ever. The staff were very rude. She was 3 kilos over weight and willing to pay but they refused. When she removed the excess they still sent her back to get my weight distribution exact. As if that was not enough when she boarded the aircraft and asked for help to find her seat as she could not locate the seat number she was told by the steward that she should follow the numbers and she could not assit.
