BLOCKED ACCOUNT

They blocked my account saying that monese only works in Europe, but I’m a Italian resident and I provided the documents when I registered. I sent already 7 mails to them and didn’t receive a reply yet, what is this bu*****t? Account blocked with money inside meanwhile I’m travelling, so you can immaginate the anger.
