Horrible EDL Kabel für Xiaomi Smartphone Deep Sleep für Qualcomm Chipsatz

I ordered the "EDL Kabel für Xiaomi Smartphone Deep Sleep für Qualcomm Chipsatz" (Order num. / Bestellung: 776020) and it didn't work at all in any cellphone/Xiaomi. I called them like less them 1 week I received it, to see if I could have my money back or so, and I talked to some guy that told me he would call me back, because he had to talk with his bossm, but THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK. Resume: product sucks, the service isn't good too. Besides, the delivery price was more expensive than the product, which is bizarre. Althought many people seems satisfied, with me I feel that I just wasted my money.
