Invalid Tracking Nº and NO FOLLOW UP!
**UPDATE: I have received my products. The individual packaging of a few of the products came damaged and ripped. Really frustrating experience overall.

I am very unhappy with how things are going with my order. I ordered 5 products from Look Fantastic and on the day after placing my order I asked if I should expect any logistics/shipping issues due to COVID-19. They assured me that things were working normally and that I would receive an email when dispatched.
3 days later I received an email saying my order was late.
A few days after I received an email saying my order had been dispatched with a tracking link. The tracking link they sent me was broken so I reached out to their customer support team. The agent basically told me there wasn't much he could do so and that he would follow up with me via email within 48hrs. That didn't happen.
I reached out to them 2 more times and I still have not received a working tracking number or any actual update on my order. It's been 6 days since I placed my order - which was the estimated time for the parcel to arrive at my house - and I have no clue where my parcel is or when it will arrive. I'm finding their approach very passive and not at all proactive in helping to find a solution.
Super upset because I really want my products :'(
I am sorry to hear of this matter and I do want to get this looked into.
