The course is massively helpful to colleagues who are in middle to upper management, who are working to implement the Agile strategy. The course takes you through various leadership. attributes that will require introspection and change The course teacher was very knowledgeable about the subject matter. The class of 12 odd ppl were mostly corporate and few entrepreneurs. Unfortunately, the discussions through the class sessions was mostly concentrated on entrepreneurship handling and very less time on corporate level issues. The break out session were well managed and topics were laid out well. Time
