Russell's approach to training is top-notch! I sincerely enjoying the PSM Training course he facilitated. What elevated this conduct of the course was (1) the balancing of the theory of Scrum and the practical reality of applying Scrum; (2) The book references; (3) course pacing and (4) excellent use of techniques and tools used for virtual online training. I would highly recommend Russell Miller training courses to anyone desiring to successfully pass the Scrum.org certification exams and practice Scrum in a real-world setting!
