Used to be great. - UPDATED CS RESPONSE

UPDATED: While it took this post since my call to Customer Service was not great, they have since credited this order, made sure it was delivered, checked the status and told me they will track all deliveries personally for the time being. Changing my rating to 5. Good customer service can and will redeem a bad experience.


Used to be great. I've been with Sunbasket since 2016. The last two weeks I got no delivery. Not even a late delivery just no delivery. I called this week before they closed and was assured my delivery was on time. Now I'm told it will come today. It shipped on Sunday. It's Tuesday and in the 90's. I'm 100% sure it's spoiled. I understand COVID is affecting a lot of things but I get my amazon shipments next day. This is food. Food cannot just be delivered whenever you feel like it. BTW I was not offered a refund. I have to wait until my rotten food arrives. I was told it's good for 48 hours but that is not what it says on your site and if it shipped 48 hours ago already, we are on 72 hours. I will probably have to dispute the charge. Thanks for respecting a long term customer.
