After 10 years they screwed me!

After being on this platform for over 10 years they stopped sending me surveys on June 30,2020.I tried to do a Paypal cash out and got the usual "something went wrong, try again later". After 3 weeks of this I tried using their robot customer service portal and SURPRISE, it got to the point where it asked my name and it would not recognize my name. The phone # is just another robo joke as no one ever answers the phone, you just get a lame msg. to use the customer portal on the website to contact them. I am out $409.00!
