Informative, Interactive & Personalized!
I thoroughly enjoyed the personal examples that both Jim Sammons & Chris Conlin shared - as well as their ability to involve the class for viewpoints across different industries.  Although this was virtual (#covid) - I did not feel like the instructors or attendees missed a beat - we enjoyed break out sessions, discussions, and had the ability to utilize online tools for collaboration.  I had been looking forward to this course for a while, and it did not disappoint!
